Coalesce’s DDL Breathing Experiment / Competition

Over the course of three days at DDL 25 in Edinburgh, Coalesce will be running an interactive experiment at stand 64, using a breath-actuated device to map the breathing patterns and flow-rates of volunteering delegates.

The first part of the experiment will map the volunteers’ normal inhalation profiles, while the second part will introduce a competitive edge as participants try to match three nominal flow-rates as closely as possible.

Results will be emailed to the participant and posted on a leaderboard, with a magnum of Champagne on offer for the most accurate matching of the three nominal flow-rates.

DDL (Drug Delivery to the Lungs) is organised by the Aerosol Society, and will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre from the 10th-12th December 2014.
